Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-23-0025/SPR-23-0094: Antley Earthwork and Accessory Structures

Limited Impact Special Use Review to allow 1,831 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork and Site Plan Review for an 840 sq. ft. residential studio and to convert a 960 sq. ft. detached garage to a forestry shed on an approximately 3.65-acre parcel where the presumed size maximum is 2,812 sq. ft. The application is submitted by Tim and Sunday Antley (applicants/property owners) and is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 214 Chute Road, approximately 0.1 miles east of the intersection of Gross Dam Road and Chute Road, Section 33, Township 1S, Range 71W.
