Boulder County Community Planning and Permitting is asking for permission to abate the following from this property in Docket ZON-21-0012: 7642 Aberdeen Way: Weeds and brush in excess of nine inches on the front, side, and rear portions of the Property, rubbish, and impermissible outdoor accessory storage including but not limited to three unlicensed or inoperable vehicles, a boat, a broken umbrella, buckets, tools, rubbish bins, a bicycle, filing cabinet, trash bags, a grill, old tanks, broken furniture, scrap metal and wood, and other rubbish.
