The project involves resurfacing Jay Road, including milling and overlay, along with adjacent collector roads. It also encompasses pedestrian safety enhancements at transit stops and crosswalks. The improvements include the addition or replacement of concrete ramps and sidewalks. The contractor will need to be BNSF railroad certified to work in their ROW. Additional insurance requirements are also required by the railroad. A sample of the BNSF requirements are attached to the project documents.

Proposals must be submitted electronically on or before the Close Date at https://bouldercounty.bonfirehub.com/. Submissions will not be accepted by email, fax or hand-delivery; unless otherwise noted.

Documents should not be embedded within uploaded files, as the embedded files will not be accessible or evaluated.
