North 75th Street at Heatherwood North Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) Project

The Boulder County (County) Departments of Public Works and Community Planning and Permitting, in cooperation with the Boulder Valley School District (BVSD), seeks pedestrian crossing improvements on N 75th Street at Heatherwood (North) Drive in Gunbarrel, CO, that includes the installation of three (3) solar-powered rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) assemblies and three (3) pedestrian push-button poles. Work also includes removal of existing signs and sign posts, installation of new signs, mobilization, and traffic control. The improvements will result in a safer school crossing for students and parents and will complement the RRFB pedestrian crossing located on N 75th Street at Heatherwood (South) Drive.
