Boulder County Elections partners with three different organizations to hold Vote Early Day events Thursday

Boulder County Elections is partnering with three great Boulder County organizations/businesses: Intercambio, Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA), and Avery Brewing to host three Vote Early Day events on Thursday, October 26. Vote Early Day is a nationwide movement of over 2,700 election administrators, nonprofits, and businesses that aims to ensure that Americans know their options for voting early so that last-minute problems do not stop them from casting their ballot. The day was first celebrated in 2020 and the new civic holiday continues this year on Thursday, October 26.

At these events, voters can drop off their mail ballots, pick up an “I Voted” sticker, register to vote / update their registration*, ask election-related questions of staff, and get election memorabilia (while supplies last). Additionally, now through Election Day (and at these three events Thursday), Boulder County Elections is hosting a food drive to support EFAA if community members are interested in dropping off donations (see accepted donations list).

What: Celebrate National Vote Early Day with Boulder County Elections

When / Where: Thursday, October 26

• 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – Intercambio – 1715 Iron Horse Drive in Longmont
• 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA) – 1575 Yarmouth Avenue in Boulder
• 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. – Avery Brewing – 4910 Nautilus Court North in Gunbarrel

EFAA is happy to partner with Boulder County Elections again this year to host this Vote Early Day event and we are grateful for them hosting a food and personal care drive at their office locations during this voting period."

* There is no voter registration deadline in Colorado. However, the last day to mail ballots is on Monday, October 30. After October 30, voters can still register and vote, but must request a ballot in person at a Vote Center.
