Boulder County Elections and Avery Brewing Company to celebrate Vote Early Day on October 28

Boulder County – Boulder County Elections and Avery Brewing Company are teaming up to host a Vote Early Day event on Friday, October 28. Vote Early Day is a nationwide movement of over 2700 election administrators, nonprofits, and businesses that aims to ensure that Americans know their options for voting early so that last-minute problems do not stop them from casting their ballot. The new civic holiday was first celebrated in 2020 and is now an annual event.

At this event, voters can drop off their ballots in the 24-hour Ballot Box at Avery Brewing, pick up an “I Voted” sticker, sign up to register to vote (last day to mail ballots is Monday, October 31), ask election-related questions of staff, and pick up free election swag (while supplies last). Clerk and Recorder Molly Fitzpatrick and members of the elections staff will be present.

When: Friday, October 28, 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. No RSVP required.

Where: 4910 Nautilus Court in Gunbarrel. Weather permitting, this will be an outdoor gathering

People who come to drop off their mail ballot also enjoy the sense of voting being at a community event.”
