Identification of motorist involved in collision on 06/13/2022

Boulder County, Colo. -

The Boulder County Coroner’s Office is investigating the death of a 44-year-old Caucasian male who was involved in a motor vehicle accident on US 36 near Lyons on 06/13/2022.

At this time, the decedent has been positively identified as Jeramy McMullen.

An examination will be completed and the cause and manner of death are pending further investigation.
