The Recording Division is part of the Clerk & Recorder’s Office. The division posts public records on the Boulder County Public Search website. You can search by document type or recording information. You can also search by the names of the people who transferred the property (also known as the grantor or seller) or received the property (also known as the grantee or buyer). You can also search by legal description, when one is available.
You can view, download, and print watermarked copies for free. You can also order non-watermarked copies for a fee.
