The Public Works Department’s Building Services Division is responsible for planning, constructing, and maintaining all county owned and operated
facilities, from the fairgrounds to the county courthouse.

- 28th Street Boulder County Community Hub – Anticipated to open in 2027
- Alternative Sentencing Facility– Opened November 2025
