Revegetation

Notice of Limited Services during the week of March 3-7, 2025. In-person building team services will be unavailable. and virtual services will be limited. Inspections will not be available on Monday, March 3rd and Tuesday, March 4th, and will be limited and not guaranteed for the remainder of the week. Revegetation

Assuring the proper revegetation of disturbed areas is essential to slow soil erosion, repair scarring from cut and fill slopes, and to help deter noxious weeds. To ensure these goals are achieved, revegetation is a common requirement of development review approvals.

The publications below are meant to provide more detailed information on revegetation and guide you in creating a Revegetation Plan. If revegetation cannot occur within the required timeframe, revegetation escrow funds may be deposited with the County. See Revegetation Escrow for more information on this topic.
