Boulder County government offices closed Monday, Oct. 14, in observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day. The District Attorney’s Office is open Oct. 14.

Aspinwall Housing, Lafayette

The Boulder County Community Planning & Permitting office at 2045 13th St., Boulder will be closed on Friday, October 11 and Monday, October 14 for both in-person and virtual services. The offices will return to normal office hours on Tuesday, October 15. Regular hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Appointments are available on Tuesday but are not required. Schedule an appointment.

Background

The Boulder County Comprehensive Plan (BCCP) is the county’s primary policy document to guide land use and related decision making in unincorporated Boulder County.

This update is to reinstate policy inadvertently removed from Housing Element during 2019 amendment approval. Language to be reinstated is the previous policy HO 1.10 “Housing Counseling Services, advice, and assistance concerning housing problems to consumers shall be provided.”
