Docket BCCP-22-0002: Amendment to Boulder County Comprehensive Plan Housing Element
A policy was reinstated which was inadvertently removed from Housing Element during 2019 amendment approval. Language was reinstated from previous policy HO 1.10 “Housing Counseling Services, advice, and assistance concerning housing problems to consumers shall be provided.”

Background
The Boulder County Comprehensive Plan (BCCP) is the county’s primary policy document to guide land use and related decision making in unincorporated Boulder County.
This update is to reinstate policy inadvertently removed from Housing Element during 2019 amendment approval. Language to be reinstated is the previous policy HO 1.10 “Housing Counseling Services, advice, and assistance concerning housing problems to consumers shall be provided.”
