AMENDED ORDINANCE 2023-3 AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC AND PARKING ON PUBLIC PROPERTY IN UNINCORPORATED BOULDER COUNTY AND OTHER COUNTY-OWNED PROPERTY
Description: First Reading of Ordinance 2024-1 (Amended Ordinance 2023-3), An Ordinance Regulating Traffic and Parking on Public Property in Unincorporated Boulder County and Other County-Owned Property. This Ordinance amends the first version of Ordinance 2023-3 to reference the 2024 Model Traffic Code and clarify certain parking regulations, including those concerning abandoned vehicles. This Ordinance otherwise maintains the comprehensive traffic control and parking regulations of Ordinance 2023-3 for property over which Boulder County has authority and jurisdiction to provide traffic and parking regulations consistent with state law and generally conform to similar nationwide regulations. Upon its adoption, this Ordinance will repeal and replace the first version of Ordinance 2023-3 and may thereafter be referred to as “Ordinance 2023-3.” |
