CAP Administrating Board

The Community Action Programs Board serves in an advisory capacity, offering guidance and recommendations to CAP’s management team without direct decision-making power. It is structured in compliance with the CSBG Act that ensures participation from low-income individuals within the community it serves.

Meetings
