Hillside Capital Improvement Project (CIP)

Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide exterior upgrades at 502 West South Boulder Road in Louisville, Colorado. The purpose of this project is to improve the overall condition, performance, and longevity of the property through targeted exterior rehabilitation. The project will address building envelope components and related exterior elements to enhance durability, energy efficiency, and resident comfort. Improvements may include, but are not limited to, exterior siding, windows, doors, and associated site or structural components as identified in the project scope. This work is part of BCHA’s ongoing efforts to preserve and maintain its affordable housing portfolio while ensuring safe, high-quality living environments for residents. The selected contractor will be expected to coordinate closely with BCHA staff and perform the work in a manner that minimizes disruption to occupied units.
