The Board of County Commissioners for Boulder County (BOCC) is the board of directors for the Eldorado Springs Public Improvement District. As such the Boulder County Public Works – Engineering Division (County) is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP) from firms providing responsible operator in charge (ORC) services for the Eldorado Springs sewage treatment plant and sewage collection system (WWTP). The WWTP is a 0.32 Million Gallons per Day (MGD) Fluidyne Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) serving the community of Eldorado Springs.
