Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Mobile Home Replacement Program

Boulder County Housing Department (“County”) is seeking Solicitation of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified contractors to provide mobile home replacement services under the County’s Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Mobile Home Replacement Program. The purpose of the program is to assist eligible households through the replacement of mobile homes damaged by the high wind event on December 30, 2021 and to improve the safety, resilience, and habitability of housing units serving low- and moderate-income households. Funding for this project is provided through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program and administered by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) and Manager by the County. The County intends to establish a pool of qualified contractors who have been vetted and determined to have the experience and capacity to complete mobile home replacement projects.
