The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is seeking a qualified vendor to support a 2026 Capital Improvement Project for Catamaran Court Apartments. This project is part of BCHA’s ongoing efforts to maintain, improve, and extend the life of its housing portfolio while ensuring safe, high-quality, and sustainable housing for residents. Selected vendors will work collaboratively with BCHA to deliver cost-effective, timely, and high-quality improvements aligned with project goals and community needs.
