A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled, starting promptly at 9:00 a.m., on Tuesday, July 14. Interested Parties are asked to meet at 9595 Nelson Rd, Longmont, CO 80501. Proposals from companies not represented at the mandatory, pre-bid meeting will not be accepted. Please register in Euna/Bonfire prior to attending.
Other Comments:
Replace complete Metal Roof, Insulation, Skylights, Metal Flashing and Gutter / Down Spouts. Replacement Roof material will be Snap lock Standing Seam Metal Panels. Insulation will be Vapor retarder. New Soffit- to-wall around the building perimeter will be installed.
