Nurse-Family Partnership Program

The Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) program is a home visiting program for families during their first pregnancy and throughout the first two years of their children’s lives.

The Nurse-Family Partnership provides crucial support for families and their babies.

Eligibility

Individuals expecting their first baby or whose first child is less than one month old, and are impacted by economic inequity.

Many working families qualify. Individuals who participate in other programs, such as food stamps, Medicaid, WIC (Women, Infants, and Children), and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), may be automatically eligible.
