Community Planning & Permitting Department - Docket LU-23-0018: Haarburger Vacation Rental

Limited Impact Special Use Review to permit a Vacation Rental on a parcel larger than 5 acres in size. The application is submitted by Greg Haarburger (applicant/property owner). The subject property is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 14383 N. St. Vrain Drive, accessed via a private driveway that intersects N. St. Vrain Drive approximately 2 miles west of the intersection of N. St. Vrain Drive and Longmont Dam Road, in Section 3, Township 3N, Range 71W.

Public testimony will be taken.
