Eldorado Springs Public Improvement District:

Pursuant to § 30-20-505, C.R.S., a petition was filed in the office of The Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners for the organization of a Public Improvement District to be known as the Eldorado Springs Public Improvement District for the purpose of operating and maintaining the Eldorado Springs sewage treatment plant and sewage collection system serving all properties in the district, and associated wastewater treatment and sewerage services. If you are a registered Colorado voter and a resident, property owner or spouseof a property owner in the proposed district, you will also have the opportunity to vote onthis question at the November 5, 2024 election. The boundaries of the district are as follows: The proposed district includes the same territory as included in the existing Eldorado Springs Local Improvement District.

That boundary is described as follows: Eldorado Springs platted townsite area including amended plat of Moffat Lakes, amended plat of First Addition to Moffat Lakes, amended plat of Second Addition to MoffatLakes, and amended Plat of Barbers Addition to Moffat Lakes, with the exception of 27 parcels currently listed on the Boulder County Assessor’s records as “vacant land.” The service area encompasses approximately 138 dwellings and other occupied buildings within the district boundaries. The boundaries of the proposed district do not include Eldorado Springs Canyon west of the State Park gate, or the Valle Del Rio subdivision east of the canyon, or any properties east of 3540 and 3461 Eldorado Springs Drive.
