Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-23-0004: City of Boulder Multi-Use Path

Limited Impact Special Use Review to permit 1,245 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork for the construction of a multi-use path between South Boulder Creek and N. 61st Street. The proposal is submitted by City of Boulder, c/o Lindsay Merz (applicant) and City of Boulder and Regional Transportation District (owners) and is in the Agricultural (A) and General Industrial (GI) zoning districts at 5823 Valmont Road, beginning where a pedestrian bridge crosses South Boulder Creek approximately .1 miles west of the intersection of Valmont Road and Butte Mill Road, in Section 22, Township 1N, Range 70W.
