Limited Impact Special Use Review to permit an agricultural worker accessory dwelling, and Site Plan Review to construct 9,740 sq. ft. of agricultural structures including a barn, equipment shed, several loafing sheds, and a chicken coop. The proposal is submitted by Anna and Douglas Grant (applicants/owners) and is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 11197 Vermillion Road, approximately .6 miles east of the intersection of Vermillion Road and US 287, in Section 14, Township 3N, Range 69W.
