Limited Impact Special Use Review for a 1,616-square-foot Agricultural Worker ADU and Site Plan Review to construct a 5,250-square-foot residence and 8,897 square feet of agricultural structures resulting in 5,250 square feet of residential floor area on a 12 acre parcel where the presumptive size maximum is 3,741 square feet.
