Fun on the Farm: Keeping Cool on the Farm

Agricultural Heritage Center 8348 Ute Hwy, Longmont

Children ages 3-6 will love to visit the farm to learn about animals, plants, and agricultural life. It’s hot in the summer, so how do our animals and people keep cool without air conditioning? Come see how sweat, shade, and mud keep our animals cooled off. All programs include a short story time, hands-on activities, and a take-home craft. Afterwards, explore the farm. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No registration required.
