Commissioners' Hearing Room Downtown County Courthouse, 1325 Pearl Street, 3rd Floor, Boulder
Hybrid Event

Hybrid Meeting: In-Person and Zoom Webinar The county commissioners take general public comments on any matter not being discussed in another current public hearing process. Open public comment addressed to the County Commissioners typically occurs at 9 a.m. on the first Thursday of the month unless the date falls on a holiday or needs to be rescheduled due to a calendar conflict. Members of the public can sign up to speak in advance or on the day of public comment. Public comment is taken in-person (in the hearing room) or virtually via Zoom. Check the Commissioners' Advance Agenda to confirm meeting date one week prior to regularly scheduled date. Reserve a speaking spot using the either the "In Person" or "Virtual Attendee" link on the Commissioners' Advance Agenda. Day of Public Comment: Visit the Open Meeting Portal to find the link to join (or sign up to speak) virtually. Each speaker (up to 10 people) will be able to give public comment to the commissioners for three minutes each. Participants will not be able to screen-share but can bring printed materials in person.
