Public Meeting: Commissioners’ Work Session Staff Contacts: Natalie Springett and Jana Petersen at COlist@bouldercounty.gov Location - Hybrid: Hearing Room and Zoom Webinar This is a public meeting where the Board of County Commissioners receives information, reviews proposals, and discusses topics in greater detail often prior to making a decision in a later public meeting. These sessions allow commissioners and staff to explore issues, ask questions, and consider options in a collaborative setting. The commissioners do not generally take formal action or vote during a work session. No public testimony will be taken. The meeting recording will act as the minutes. Boulder County Cultural Council Meeting (SCFD Tier III) – In Person

Boulder County Cultural Council Meeting Staff Contact: Robin Valdez at ravaldez@bouldercounty.gov Location - Dickey Lee Hullinghorst Room, Boulder County Courthouse, 1325 Pearl Street, 3rd Floor, Boulder Thanks to our residents, one penny of every $10 spent in the district supports arts, culture and science programming provided by a range of nonprofit organizations. Each of SCFD’s seven counties receives a share of the collected tax, and volunteer County Cultural Councils make recommendations based on their county’s funding priorities. Based on these recommendations, SCFD makes grants to Tier III organizations, including over 90 organizations serving Boulder County.

Boulder County Commissioners' Town Hall - Tuesday, May 19 Residents are invited to join the Boulder County Commissioners and County Assessor for a Town Hall on Tuesday, May 19 starting at 6:15 p.m. in Gunbarrel. The meeting will be held at Heatherwood Elementary School, 7750 Concord Dr, Boulder. The Commissioners and Assessor will present on property assessments, the appeals process, and the use of property taxes, and meet with representatives and constituents to discuss issues of concern to the local community. WHAT: Board of County Commissioners and County Assessor Town Hall WHEN: Tuesday, May 19, 2026, starting at 6:15 p.m. WHERE: Heatherwood Elementary School, 7750 Concord Dr, Boulder No registration necessary!
