Community Planning & Permitting Department - Docket IGA-24-0003: Intergovernmental Agreement

Extension of the existing Lyons Planning Area Comprehensive Development Plan IGA until August 29, 2025, to allow additional time to negotiate and adopt a long-term revised IGA.

Public testimony will be taken.
