Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket SE-24-0006: Grady-Dorfman Boundary Line Adjustment
Subdivision Exemption request to adjust the boundary line between two existing parcels of 2.99 acres and 14.33 acres at 7401 and 7373 Nelson Road resulting in parcels of 12.32 acres and 5 acres. The application is submitted by Todd and Julie Dorfman (applicant/property owner) and Seana Grady (applicant/property owner). The subject properties are in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 7401 and 7373 Nelson Road, located on north side of Nelson Road, approximately 0.25 mile west of the intersection of Nelson Road and N. 75th Street, in Section 12, Township 2N, Range 70W.
Public testimony will be taken.
