Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-22-0028/SPRW-22-0057: Highfield Secondary Dwelling Short-term Rental and Studio

Limited Impact Special Review Use review to permit a Secondary Dwelling Short-term Rental to be rented out less than 60 days a year for up to 6 guests on an approximately 7.02-acre parcel. The proposal also includes a Site Plan Review Waiver for the construction of a 308-square-foot accessory structure to be used as office space with 3,036 square-feet of existing residential floor area and a presumptive size maximum of 3,730 square-feet. The proposal is submitted by Wes and Linda Highfield (applicants/owners) and is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 155 Rockledge Circle, approximately 1,247 feet southwest of the intersection of Rockledge Circle and State Highway 7, Section 32, Township 3N, Range 72W.
