Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-22-0021/SPR-22-0091: Fauber Residence and Driveway Earthwork
Limited Impact Special Review to permit 2,250 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork for driveway construction, and Site Plan Review to construct a 5,650 sq. ft. residence and 2,775 sq. ft. barn on a vacant 35-acre parcel. The proposal is submitted by Mark R & Kari Fauber (applicants/owners) and is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 15778 Mossrock Drive, approximately .75 miles west of the intersection of Mossrock Drive and North Dakota Ridge Road in Section 4, Township 3N, Range 70W.
