Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket EP-24-0002: Hennigh Taylor Exemption Plat

Request for an Exemption Plat to adjust boundaries of Lot 2 and Outlot A of the Eagle Ridge NUPUD through exchange of approximately 0.35 acres per property at 5800 and 5926 St Vrain Rd. The proposal is submitted by Quinton & Heather Hennigh, and Glen Taylor & Casandra Hofmann (applicants/owners) and is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 5800 and 5926 St. Vrain Rd (parcels 131703012002 and 131707001007), located 0.8 miles west of the intersection of St. Vrain Rd and N 65th St, in Section 03, Township 2N, Range 70W.
