Community Planning & Permitting Department - Docket IGA-24-0003: Amendment to Lyons Planning Area Comprehensive Development Plan IGA

Extension of the existing Lyons Planning Area Comprehensive Development Plan IGA until August 29, 2025, to allow additional time to negotiate and adopt a long-term revised IGA.
