Description
The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider the following real estate matter.
Xcel Energy proposes to acquire a 0.21-acre permanent non-exclusive easement over a portion of the Adler-Fingru open space property for a new electrical distribution line to serve this area of Lafayette. Adler-Fingru open space is located on the north side of Empire Road east of South 96th Street/Highway 42. It is adjacent to and south of Coal Creek and contains a portion of the Coal Creek Trail. Staff supports the granting of this easement.

The hearing will be held in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or in person at the Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl Street, Boulder. Registration information will be posted approximately one week before the hearing.
