Essential Skills - Virtual, 1.5 hours This workshop focuses on the core skills needed to succeed in today’s evolving workplace and build long-term career growth. Participants will learn which essential skills are most valued by employers and examine current and emerging labor market trends that highlight the increasing importance of these skills. Logic and Accuracy Test (LAT) – 2026 General Election

The Boulder County Elections Division will conduct a Logic and Accuracy Test (LAT) on Tuesday, Sept. 29, on ballots and equipment to be used for the 2026 General Election. The test ensures voting system equipment properly tabulates votes. Each type of ballot and all ballot styles will be tested to verify they are properly printed and read by the scanning equipment. The test will also confirm that scanning equipment settings are properly calibrated for the ballots. This event is to the public but RSVP is requested due to space limitations. Testing will take place in the Ballot Processing Center at 1750 33rd Street in Boulder. Testing will begin at 10 a.m. and will take until at least 5 p.m. You do not have to stay for the full day. Additionally, the testing may continue into Wednesday, Sept 30 given the length of the ballot. After testing concludes, results will be available on our website.
