A public hearing will be held before the Boulder County Board of County Commissioners for staff to present proposed updates to the Bolder County Building Code related to Wildfire Resilience, including Ignition-resistant materials, construction standards and defensible space requirements. These updates are intended to align the county’s regulations with the 2025 Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code as approved by the Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code Board.
