Drop by anytime from 10 a.m. to noon to watch the blacksmith work his craft. Listen to the clang-clang-clang of the hammer and the hum of the coal forge blower. Learn about blacksmithing tools such as hammers, tongs, anvils, swage blocks, and more. Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Financing Creative Solutions Roundtable

Boulder County cordially invites you to attend an upcoming roundtable on alternative financing options for the construction or renovation of privately owned homes to incorporate accessory dwelling units (ADU’s) for low- and middle-income homeowners in Colorado. Traditional Traditional financing options do exist, and the roundtable will serve as a forum for sharing creative solutions to financing ADU’s across the state and country to spark new opportunities in Boulder County. The primary audience will be leaders in housing, policy, lending, and government to attend in person at Willoughby Corner in Lafayette, Colo.
