The Boulder County Commissioners conduct the county's routine business at regularly scheduled business meetings (generally each Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.). This may include signing agreements or contracts, acting on personnel actions, approving expenditures, and making decisions on routine matters not requiring a public hearing. The public is invited to attend and observe, but no public comment is taken at Commissioners' business meetings. View the Commissioners' Business Meetings and Agendas: Items scheduled for discussion are listed on the Open Meeting Portal and discussed in the given order. No set time is assigned to an individual item. Access the Open Meeting Portal and find the video link to the business meeting and agenda packet. Look for "Board of County Commissioners - Regular Meeting" agenda for the specific date. Business meeting agendas are published the day before the meeting. A Mindful Walk Among the Aspens

Join volunteer naturalists on a mostly flat, 3-mile, out-and-back hike to the aspen groves at Caribou Ranch. While resting among the trees, we will practice mindful observation. Logic and Accuracy Test (LAT) – 2025 Coordinated Election

The Boulder County Elections Division will conduct a Logic and Accuracy Test (LAT) on Tuesday, Oct. 7, on ballots and equipment to be used for the 2025 Coordinated Election. The test ensures voting system equipment properly tabulates votes. Each type of ballot and all ballot styles will be tested to verify they are properly printed and read by the scanning equipment. The test will also confirm that scanning equipment settings are properly calibrated for the ballots. This event is to the public but RSVP is requested due to space limitations. Testing will take place in the Ballot Processing Center. After testing concludes, results will be available at BoulderCountyVotes.gov. Thanks to our residents, one penny of every $10 spent in the district supports arts, culture and science programming provided by a range of nonprofit organizations. Each of SCFD’s seven counties receives a share of the collected tax, and volunteer County Cultural Councils make recommendations based on their county’s funding priorities. Based on these recommendations, SCFD makes grants to Tier III organizations, including over 90 organizations serving Boulder County.
