This may include signing agreements or contracts, acting on personnel actions, approving expenditures, and making decisions on routine matters not requiring a public hearing. The public is invited to attend and observe, but no public comment is taken at Commissioners' business meetings. View the Commissioners' Business Meetings and Agendas: Items scheduled for discussion are listed on the Open Meeting Portal and discussed in the given order. No set time is assigned to an individual item. Access the Open Meeting Portal and find the video link to the business meeting and agenda packet. BOCC Public Hearing – Parks & Open Space Real Estate Matters

The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Parks & Open Space real estate matters on Sept. 9. Creekside Property Acquisition Boulder County proposes to acquire fee title to approximately 127 acres owned by Ron Readmond and Andi Blackwell for $3,600,000. The property has an address of 1390 Old Saint Vrain Road, 1015 Old Saint Vrain Road and 0 Jade Way, located southwest of the Town of Lyons near the intersection of State Highway 7/South Saint Vrain Drive and Old Saint Vrain Road. Item No. 1: Public Hearing on BCHA Annual Plan and Housing Choice Voucher Plan Staff Contact: Kelly Keefe Location - Hybrid: Hearing Room and Zoom Webinar Boulder County Housing Authority: The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) will hold a public hearing to conclude the 45-day comment period on both the BCHA 2026 Annual Plan and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan changes, submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As a Public Housing Agency (PHA), BCHA is required to submit an annual plan to HUD 75 days before the start of its fiscal year (January 1). The Annual Plan is a comprehensive guide to BCHA policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. The HCV Administrative Plan is a local document that outlines BCHA’s policies and procedures for administering the HCV program in accordance with HUD requirements, including applicant selection, waiting lists, payment standards, and staff responsibilities. It serves as a supporting document to the broader Annual Plan and is available for public review. Thanks to our residents, one penny of every $10 spent in the district supports arts, culture and science programming provided by a range of nonprofit organizations. Each of SCFD’s seven counties receives a share of the collected tax, and volunteer County Cultural Councils make recommendations based on their county’s funding priorities. Based on these recommendations, SCFD makes grants to Tier III organizations, including over 90 organizations serving Boulder County.
