PLEASE READ - This CHFA approved class will help you to determine how much home you can comfortably afford, budget for the upfront and ongoing expenses of homeownership, recognize how your credit relates to home buying, understand the different mortgage financing options, learn about real estate contracts and the loan closing process and become familiar with home inspections. Classes fill up fast! - We will NOT be serving food though you are welcome to bring food and beverages as well as go out to get food from the many area restaurants. - you will receive a certificate for completing this class. You must be present for the entire class - you will need a photo ID to obtain your certificate.
