Public Meeting on Final Draft Integrated Weed Management Plan Decision

The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public meeting to deliberate the proposed Integrated Weed Management Plan previously presented at a public hearing on April 16, 2024. No additional public comment will be taken during this meeting, but written comments will continue to be accepted until the planning process is complete. It also provides guidance for weed management on Boulder County Parks & Open Space natural lands. While the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has the legal authority and responsibility to make decisions regarding the operation and finances of the District, the Committee members serve in an advisory capacity to the BOCC. The Committee acts as a communication link between the property owners and residents of the District and the BOCC. The Committee shall advise the BOCC and the Public Works Department on issues pertinent to the implementation of the public improvements serving the District.
