BOCC Public Hearing – Parks & Open Space Real Estate Matters

The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Parks & Open Space real estate matters on July 8.

Cliffside Property Acquisition

Boulder County proposes to acquire fee title to 53 acres owned by Cindy and David Johnson, with no water rights, for $1,160,000. The property has an address of 1810 Stone Canyon Road.

Action requested: Approval

Opportunity for live virtual and in-person public comments will be available. Registration will open one week before the meeting.
