BOCC Public Hearing – Parks & Open Space Real Estate Matters

The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Parks & Open Space real estate matters on June 10.

Rangeview Property Acquisition

Boulder County proposes to acquire fee title to 20 acres owned by Tennis Center of the Rockies, LLC, with any associated water rights, for $1,800,000. The property has an address of 5701 North 79th Street, Longmont CO and is located near the intersection of Lookout Road and North 79th Street.

Action requested: Approval

Opportunity for live virtual and in-person public comments will be available. Registration will open one week before the meeting.
