Public hearing to consider a moratorium on Boulder County’s processing of applications for the development of data centers and detention centers, pending text amendments to Article 4 of the Boulder County Land Use Code.

Public testimony will be taken.

Comments may be submitted online by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30 to be considered by the commissioners prior to the public hearing.

Attend the Meeting

The public hearing will start at 1:30 p.m. It can be attended in person (3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl St, Boulder), online through Zoom, or by phone.

To share comments in person, complete the in person registration. Registration is not required to observe the public hearing in person.

Hybrid format

Board of County Commissioners public hearings and meetings are convened in a hybrid format where attendees can Zoom (FAQs on how to use Zoom) or attend in-person at the Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl St., Boulder.
