Boulder County Community Planning and Permitting is asking for permission to abate the following from this property: building construction materials, discarded furniture, metal and wood scraps, trash, buckets, gasoline containers, vehicle parts, unlicensed and inoperable vehicles, and discarded equipment. The property owners are Harold Robert Landam and Zachary Stuart. The subject property is located at 856 Klondyke Avenue in the Forestry zoning district, Lots 12-17 and a portion of lot 18, Block 34, Town of Eldora, Boulder County.

Public testimony will not be taken.
