Boulder County Community Planning and Permitting is asking for permission to abate the following from this property: trash, oil jugs, storage containers, building construction materials, discarded furniture, metal and wood scraps, buckets, gasoline containers, tree branches, stumps, unlicensed and inoperable vehicles, and discarded equipment. The property owners are Mabel and Michael Madden. The subject property is located at 878 Klondyke Avenue in the Forestry zoning district, Lots 19 and 20 and portions of lots 17 & 18, Block 34, Town of Eldora, Boulder County.
Public testimony will not be taken.
