Clear Your Warrant Without Being Arrested
The Fresh Start event will take place on Saturday, Nov. 15, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Boulder County Justice Center.
Only certain types of cases are eligible to benefit from the Fresh Start program:
- You were charged with misdemeanor offenses or traffic offenses only
- You pleaded guilty or were convicted of misdemeanor or traffic offenses only
- Misdemeanor Charges NOT Eligible:
- Victim’s Right Act Crime
- Unlawful Sexual Contact
- 3rd Degree Assault
- Domestic Violence
- Child Abuse
- Menacing
- Indecent Exposure
- Invasion of Privacy
- Bias Motivated Crimes
- Violation of a Protection Order
- You may resolve your case or set a new court date
- You may speak with an attorney with the Public Defender’s Office
- You will not be arrested
This event is being held along with Jefferson County. If you have an eligible warrant out of the following courts, you may physically appear in one of the jurisdictions and resolve your warrant virtually in the other jurisdiction: Boulder County and Jefferson County.
