How to Submit a Complaint
Share your concern directly with Gwen Mossman at gmossman@bouldercounty.gov.
Please include, if you can:
- Your name and contact information
- What happened
- When and where it happened
- Names of people involved, if known
- Any documents or information that may help
You may submit a complaint even if you do not have all these details.
What Happens After You Report
- Your complaint will be reviewed promptly and respectfully.
- BCHC will use Boulder County policies and procedures to address the concern.
- We will make best efforts to prevent further harm and respond appropriately.
- Outcomes may include training, mediation, policy changes, or other actions. Serious violations may lead to discipline, up to termination.
Confidentiality and Protection
- We will keep your information as private as possible.
- Retaliation for making a complaint or participating in a review is not allowed.
- You can report concerns even if you are unsure whether what happened meets a legal definition.
