Susan leads the team that helps people apply for and renew public benefits. These programs help with basic needs like health care, food, child care, and money support.

Programs include:

• Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program)
• Food Assistance (SNAP)
• Financial Assistance
• Child Care Assistance
• Old Age Pension and Long Term Care
• Program checks and recovery services

Darlene Bushue – Employment and Financial Opportunities Manager

Darlene leads programs that help people build their money skills and find work.

Programs include:

• Employment First
• Personal Finance Program
• Health Coverage Enrollment Center
• Colorado Works/Temporary Aid for Needy Families (TANF)

Jim Hayen – Child Support Services Manager

Jim leads the Child Support Services team. They help parents and caregivers get the money support they need to raise their children.

They can help with:

• Naming a legal father
• Creating and updating support orders
• Collecting and sending payments

Mollie Warren – Family and Children Services Division Director

Mollie oversees child welfare in Boulder County. Her team supports families by focusing on early help, in-home care, and services that keep children safe and close to their loved ones.

Georgina Becerril – Partnerships, Contracts, and Services Director

Georgina’s team helps connect people to the right support at the right time. They oversee the Boulder County IMPACT program and are focused on helping people and families thrive.

Kiran Herbert – Temporary Strategic Communications Manager

Kiran leads the team that helps share information about Human Services programs for all community members. This includes press releases, web content, flyers, and social media. 

Clement Bayetti – Data and Performance Manager

Clement leads the team that uses data to measure how well Boulder County Human Services serves our communities and supports the department’s goals.

Jennie Page – Human Services Finance Director

Jennie’s team handles all budget tasks for the department, such as payroll, staff, purchases, revenue, and contracts.

Joyce Westbrook – Human Services Finance Manager

Chris Saunders – Operations Manager

Chris manages the team that takes care of daily operations for Boulder County Human Services. This includes running the front desks and offices, managing supplies and vehicles, and leading emergency response efforts.
